Everllence has taken an EPC role, responsible for the power plant's overall engineering, procurement, and construction. The three 18V51/60 engines will generate power and heat to produce steam to help a local textile factory operate more cleanly and more efficiently.

The Sund power plant secures the base load but has also become an indispensable backup to compensate for fluctuations in renewable energy supplies. The Everllence engines supplied run at 80% load to generate district heating with the remaining 20% serving as a variable reserve.
