We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Superintendent Engineer is responsible for his team, his own work tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities
  • Supervises and leads team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with field engineering works aspects
  • Ability to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Competent in reading, understanding and interpreting specifications, drawings, and all other engineering related documentation.
  • Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all Engineering Standards, QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations.
  • Develops excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management.
  • Liaise with other staff to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities, with the overall objective of successful completion of the maintenance / service activities and projects.
  • Planning, monitoring and tracking of maintenance projects and daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials, and in cooperation with planning engineer and project management.
  • Ensures that the staff understands and implements the engineering aspects of the work plan, by explaining and engaging in pro‐active communication with the crews.
  • Identifies and implements “on‐the‐job” training programs with the aim of developing and improving team members’ competency in required skills and abilities.
  • Being an expert, responsible to manages complex field service missions
  • Develops special solutions for his / her field of activity
  • Develops, designs and implements overall field service strategies with cross company implications
  • Coordination of experts of a lower level and external experts belonging to his / her field service responsibility area
  • Serves as contact for highly sensitive issues and problems
  • Promotes the development and implementation of best practices in his / her own area of responsibility

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • Seasoned engineer with 5 to 7 years of related experience, preferably on 2 stroke Marine / HFO engines
  • University degree in Engineering with related work experience or comparable vocational education with longtime work experience

  • Coordination / performing of inspections and quality gates
  • Inspections of Skid Package, DGS rack, LOS, skid piping
  • Coordination / performing of leakage test inspection
  • Ensure that the packager is in compliance with project specifications and requirements during the complete manufacturing process, including assembly, inspection and testing phases
  • Extended arm of the systems engineer in the direction of the packager
  • Punchlist management (creating of punch lists and close out of punch points)
  • Expediting (deadline monitoring) of documents, equipment, manufacturing)
  • Ex Item List handling / Support Syse TPL / Certificate early request handling 
  • ITR (Inspection and Test Records) handling
  • Logistic coordination - support for package delivery
  • First contact for packager execution issues incl. trouble shootings (detail design – manufacturing related)
  • Support claim management
  • Support evaluation and build-up of new packager
  • SPIR list quality check, spart part list and data handling support

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • Bachelor in mechanical engineering
  • min. 5-year work experience in relevant field (systems engineering, mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering)
  • Very good English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Relevant experience in project management and supplier management
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office suite, SAP)

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to cover these responsibilities

  • Managing, monitoring and enhancing a preventive Integrity & Compliance Management System (ICMS) in the area of responsibility in our region MEA. Besides the United Arab Emirates (UAE), focus entities may include such in South Africa, Nigeria, Guinea, Kenya, Pakistan and others. 
  • Independently advising employees and management on integrity and compliance matters. Focus areas include anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, preventing fraud and breach of trust.
  • Identifying, evaluating and mitigating integrity and compliance risks.
  • Developing and implementing targeted integrity and compliance communication and training measures for employees regarding legal and internal requirements and ethics.
  • Conducting business partner due diligences with focus on integrity and compliance.
  • Examining major projects with focus on potential integrity and compliance risks.
  • Monitoring, assessing and managing emerging compliance related risks, regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Cooperating closely within Everllence´s integrity and compliance team and with other stakeholders.

 

You can help us with these qualifications

  • Degree in law (preferred), business administration or similar university degree.
  • Several years of experience with integrity and compliance, ideally in an international environment.
  • Being familiar with local rules and regulations, business practices and cultures.
  • Preferably experience includes project and risk management, audit and or compliance or similar areas in an international company, law firm or professional services provider.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills for identifying and understanding integrity and compliance risks.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and motivation skills.
  • Being a people person, trustworthy, demonstrating a very high level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Results and solutions-oriented way of working and advising. Organizational skills.
  • Positive and confident demeanor, assertiveness and persistence. Ability to cooperate and work in a team. Intercultural skills.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic desirable. Ability to communicate in other local languages is an advantage.
  • Professional qualification in compliance (e.g. ICA, ACAMS, CCEP-I or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel.
