We offer the flexibility of efficiently covering all propulsion power requirements of Everllence’s (former MAN) engine ranges. For controllable-pitch propellers (CPPs) in particular, we focus on the shaft power range of up to 40 MW. We optimized the propeller performance of CPPs, fixed-pitch propellers (FPPs), and FPPs with replaceable blades and adjustable bolted designs – featuring customized blade configurations. This contributes to energy-efficient propulsion with reduced impact on the environment.

Highly efficient and reliable Alpha propulsion
The Alpha CP propeller designs effectively cover a power range up to 40,000 kW per shaft line. Plus, the 23 different hub sizes offer a cost- and performance-optimized solution. Three-, four- and five-bladed configurations are available.
The Alpha (former MAN Alpha) FP propeller designs effectively cover the Everllence engine portfolio. The propeller series are available in three-, four-, five-, and six-bladed monoblock configurations. We can offer bolted blade designs for high ice classes.
The Alpha high-performance naval propeller range offers excellent coverage of the very specialized and individual propulsive demands. These include various ship types, ranging from powerful combat frigates to offshore patrol vessels.
Our state-of-the-art propulsion control system: The Alphatronic 3000 controls both Alpha CP and FP propeller packages – for low-, medium- and high-speed engines.

Everllence PrimeServ (former MAN PrimeServ) propeller maintenance concept
We offer our propeller maintenance concept (PMC) service packages in connection with five- and/or ten-year inspections. This is in accordance with the docking periods recommended by the classification societies.
