Blended learning
Blended learning is a concept that brings together traditional and digital learning techniques to create a fully comprehensive course. It is the best of both worlds, self-paced digital learning content and instructor-led training that incorporates both synchronous (real time) and asynchronous (not at the same time) learning.

Academy on-site
In addition to theory classes, Everllence PrimeServ academies offer a hands-on training environment. Participants get to work on working engines and fully functional diesel GenSets from the Everllence product portfolio. Training is also undertaken on simulators to replicate operational scenarios, maintenance routines, and real-life equipment troubleshooting.

eLearning
Covering turbochargers, engine fluids, selective catalytic reduction, and more, our eLearning modules and courses can be accessed anytime allowing participants to study at their own pace. Our online OEM learning is structured, segmented, sequenced, and follows a didactical storyline in a consistent and reliable fashion. This results in an effective and engaging acquisition of knowledge. The interactive, self-paced digital learning content can also be completed on mobile devices. Every module is followed-up by a quiz to verify knowledge retention.
