Our up-tower machining restores OEM precision onsite for many turbine sizes. The process is completed in just days, ensuring a faster return to service and longer turbine life.

Hollow shaft repairs to restore OEM tolerances and surface quality

Our up-tower machining technology restores OEM tolerances on both the inner diameter and outer diameter, addressing wear that is normally inaccessible with standard tooling. By performing precision internal machining onsite, we eliminate the need for full drivetrain disassembly, delivering OEM-grade results in days and significantly extending component life.  

Yaw ring polishing for smooth rotation and reduced wear

Our onsite polishing process addresses the challenges of large diameters, segmented surfaces, and localized pitting, bringing yaw rings back to near-OEM condition. By improving surface quality and reducing friction, we stabilize yaw performance, extend slew bearing life, and reduce noise.
