Technical Apprenticeships (Lærlinge)
Kickstart your specialist career at Everllence
To join our technical apprenticeship program at Everllence Denmark, you’ll need to have completed the basic course (grundforløb) at a vocational school (EUD/EUX) or qualify for a combined school-company apprenticeship. Since most of your training and school instruction will be in Danish, basic Danish language skills are essential.

- Industriteknikerlærling (Industrial Technician Apprentice)
- Automatikteknikerlærling (Automation Technician Apprentice)
- Datateknikerlærling (IT Support/Infrastructure Apprentice)
- Lager- og logistiklærling (Warehouse and Logistics Apprentice)
- Teknisk designer-lærling (Technical Designer Apprentice)
Our technical apprenticeships span 3.5 to 4 years, depending on your role, and take place at one of our sites in either Frederikshavn or Copenhagen.
From day one, you’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor and a structured training plan. You’ll receive regular feedback and have full access to guidance and development opportunities throughout your journey. As an apprentice, you’ll be a valued member of the team – actively contributing to internal projects, participating in fairs and competitions, and growing with our full backing.
Apprentices receive a monthly salary in line with the applicable collective agreement (overenskomst), along with uniforms, safety equipment, and all necessary tools. For events, we’ll also kit you out with branded clothing – because you’re not just learning, you’re representing.

Commercial Apprenticeships (Elever)
The first step in your professional life
If you're aiming for a commercial apprenticeship at Everllence Denmark, you should have completed upper secondary education – such as HHX or STX – or be eligible for a combined school-company apprenticeship. As most communication and instruction is in Danish, a basic understanding of the language is required to succeed.

- Indkøbselev (Procurement Apprentice)
- Shippingelev (Shipping & Logistics Apprentice)
Our commercial apprenticeship programs run for two years and offer hands-on experience at our Frederikshavn or Copenhagen sites.
You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and follow a personalized training plan designed to help you grow. From day one, you’ll be part of the team – contributing to actual projects, joining events and competitions, and gaining insights that shape your future. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
As a commercial apprentice, you’ll earn a monthly salary based on the relevant collective agreement (overenskomst), and we’ll provide the equipment you need – including safety gear and branded clothing for events. Because when you show up, you show what you’re made of.
