If you’ve earned your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (German university entrance qualification, A-Level) and are looking to combine academic studies with practical experience, this is the path for you. This program is particularly well-suited for those who want to gain work experience, and graduate with two qualifications – all at once.

You’ve completed your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (A-levels or equivalent), and you're motivated to study and work at the same time? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What do we expect?
How the Dual Study Program works
The dual study program combines academic learning at a university with practical training at Everllence. Depending on the program, you'll either begin with vocational training followed by university studies (Verbundstudium) or alternate between theory and practice phases (dual study model).
You’ll gain hands-on experience in real projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and build up valuable skills in engineering, business, or IT. At the same time, your university courses will provide the academic foundation to understand the bigger picture.
- Locations: Augsburg and Oberhausen
- Program duration: approx. 4.5 years (depending on the course)
- Start: Annually in autumn
- Pay: Monthly salary throughout the program

Locations & Universities
Augsburg
We cooperate closely with the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg. The University is specialized in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and business informatics.
Oberhausen
In Oberhausen, we collaborate with the Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences and other institutions. The Unisversity is focused on electrical engineering and business administration.
During your studies, you’ll switch between phases at the university and practical modules at Everllence – learning, applying, and growing in both worlds.
