Our Graduate Program is designed for ambitious university graduates who are ready to take their first step into a purpose-driven career. Graduate Program: Your steps to professional success
Onboarding
- You join a structured induction designed to immerse you in Everllence’s mission, values, and product platforms.
- We craft your individualized graduate plan in collaboration with your sponsor and mentor.
- You’ll take part in networking events, skills workshops, and team building from day one.
Target area (your future department)
- You get to know your future team, gaining valuable insights into the division you will eventually join.
- You learn more about your role, face real challenges, and meet your key colleagues, mentors and sponsors.
Interface areas (rotation modules)
- You rotate through different interface teams (e.g. R&D, operations, strategy, digitalization) for a broad, multidisciplinary perspective.
- You contribute to crossfunctional projects and gain exposure to our core strategies and digital systems.
Strategic area (high-impact projects)
- Participate in strategic, innovationoriented initiatives – aligned with our global decarbonization and technology roadmap.
- Make meaningful contributions to Everllence’s future while building your own strategic mindset.
Foreign assignment
Global thinking is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why our Graduate Program includes an international assignment to one of our 140+ global sites. For approximately three months, you’ll work on-site with colleagues from different cultures and markets. You’ll gain intercultural competence, develop global awareness, and learn how engineering challenges are tackled worldwide.
From graduate to professional
Once you’ve successfully completed the program, you’ll transition directly into your target role. Whether as mechanical engineer, project manager, data analyst, or business strategist: you’ll be part of a team working to shape the energy systems of tomorrow. You bring your curiosity, your skills, and your drive – and we’ll provide the long-term perspective.
