From application to onboarding - here´s what to expect along the way.

Match & apply

Find the role that fits your profile and apply online with your CV. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation. Our recruiting team reviews your application and assesses how your experience matches the role. If it's a fit, we'll invite you to an interview and keep you updated throughout the process. Please check your inbox regularly for updates.

Meet & greet

The interview process involves different steps depending on the country and the role. Typically, you´ll have one or more conversations with HR, the hiring manager, and/or the team that allow uns to get to know each other. Across those conversations, we´ll discuss your motivation and background, the role and expectations, adress open questions on both sides, and explore tasks, challenges, and how we would work together.

Offer & join
Once you have successfully completed the application process, we will contact you with an offer. As soon as the formalities are taken care of, we will begin preparing for your onboarding. Depending on the position, team, and location, this includes welcome activities, introductions to key contacts, and a structured onboarding process to help you feel that you can make a difference at Everllence.

    A cover letter is optional. If you’d like to share more about your motivation or background, you’re very welcome to include one.
    A CV is mandatory. You may also upload relevant certificates, employment references, or your highest educational degree.

    Application status & process

    The duration can vary depending on the role and number of applications. We aim to provide feedback as quickly as possible.

    Yes. As soon as a decision has been made, we will definitely get back to you. If we are unable to reach an agreement, please keep in mind that this says nothing about your qualifications or your character in general. Decisions are often based on very specific job requirements or current needs.

    Interviews

    Depending on the country and role, you’ll meet different people along the way, such as HR and the hiring manager. In some cases, you may also meet members of the team. The conversations focus on getting to know each other, the role, and how we work together.

    Initial interviews are usually conducted online. Further interviews may take place on site, depending on the role and location.

    Review the job description, reflect on your experience, and prepare examples that illustrate how you work and collaborate.

    Only people involved in the recruiting process for the respective role have access to your data.
