Our Chilean office and workshop are located in Valparaíso, a major industrial and maritime center on the Pacific coast. From here, we deliver service and maintenance for diesel and turbomachine systems to clients across Chile and the wider region.
The site combines administrative and hands-on technical teams under one roof, allowing for direct coordination and fast service response.
As part of Everllence’s global network, our Chilean team supports regional industries with technical services designed to optimize performance and extend the lifecycle of critical systems. We contribute directly to Everllence’s mission to decarbonize energy and transportation sectors through technical reliability and service excellence.
With a committed team of 36 employees, we combine local expertise with international engineering standards to deliver lasting impact.

Summary
Trouble-shooting, maintenance and repair of 4-st and 2-st engines, turbochargers, and related products. (Sound knowledge in mechanics, electronics, and control systems).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, overhauls, and retrofit for engines and turbochargers on seagoing vessels and power plants.
- Technical advice, training, and support to our customers.
- Directs and supervises work performed by Team or outside contractors.
- Assists workshops as required.
- Maintains a good business relation and communication with all customers.
- Implement technical modifications & retrofit.
- Reports (e.g.) have to be finished two days after the job is finished.
- Assure to follow internal MAN rules and regulations.
Required Education & Experience:
- University degree in Engineering with related work experience or comparable vocational education with longtime work experience.
- Four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other skills:
Knowledge of control, electronic, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
Sound knowledge of 4-st and 2-st engines, turbochargers, and possibly propellers.
First aid, crane and forklift training, rigging and safety training courses.
Competencies:
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Willingness to travel and work overnight and weekend.
- Understand and practice safe working methods.
- Willing to work under ISO standards.
- Ability to communicate well.
- Leadership skills.
- Willingness to learn and accept critic and learn from it.
- Must be highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
