We can offer you the following tasks
- Responsible for developing and executing the after sales, field services, workshop activites as well as promote strategy for the assigned territory and supporting Everllence regionally.
- Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, contract management, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits).
- Oversees all aspects of the process and to ensure the target order intake are achieved, sales budget, fostering sales leads and provide support to customers for the purpose of generating additional business for Everllence.
- Definition of the target and achievement of order intake for the assigned region and product range.
- Lead functional and disciplinary activities of the department including staff selection and management, strategic positioning, and development.
- Negotiate and approve long-term contracts, frame contracts, and service agreements. Facilitating and participating in technical and commercial (terms & conditions).
- Regional coordination between customers/agents and headquarters.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Commercial Background preferably MBA will be considered additional qualification.
- Detailed understanding of the Turbomachinery and Industries business both technical and commercial levels.
- Seasoned sales / marketing experience with more than 10 years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment manufacturing / turbomachinery.
- Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional market.
- Proven background of achieving sales targets on an ongoing basis
- Fluency in English

We can offer you the following tasks
- Evaluate customer contracts with regard to potential risks from the Seller’s perspective and comment the same to minimize risks in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare commercial offers for potential customers.
- Interface with HQ finance, tax, treasury and legal departments to evaluate contracts/offers from these perspectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers.
- Evaluate the need and prepare internal approvals for large projects.
- Assist with the project administration after contract award, project controlling, invoicing, etc.
- Seek proactive resolution for contractual disputes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, legal or business with legal emphasis preferred.
- Several years’ work experience with commercial contracts evaluation from legal, commercial, taxation and financial aspects.
- Good understanding of contract law.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies regarding contractual aspects.
- Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined and highly motivated with ability to work closely with sales team
- Ability to travel as required by business needs (sometimes on very short notice)
- Fluency in English, and strong writing and communication skills in English for contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office( such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to work in cross- culture environment

Our main Indonesian office is located in the capital city, serving as the central hub for commercial and project operations across the country.

This branch office supports customers on the eastern side of Indonesia, with a focus on marine and industrial services.
