Everllence operates in Oman from two key locations: Muscat and Sur. With around 50 employees, we deliver service, engineering, and project support for marine propulsion systems and power generation plants. Our teams in Oman also provide field service and turbomachinery solutions for customers across the country.

We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Technician is responsible for his own work tasks as required by seniors time to time in accordance with assigned responsibilities
  • As per instructions, responsible to inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
  • Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
  • Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices as per instructions.
  • Assemble, install, or repair mechanical components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
  • Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.
  • Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
  • Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
  • Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
  • Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
  • Assemble boilers at installation sites, using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, hammers, torches, or other hand tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance on boilers, installing replacement parts, or reinforcing structural weaknesses to ensure optimal boiler efficiency.
  • Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools.
  • Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments.
  • Receives reports about customer-reported concerns and ensures basic-level customer-oriented service
  • Preparation / arrangement of tools and spares for coming maintenance
  • Inspect regularly condition and availability of equipment and tools, needed for the dispatch of maintenance work

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Technology with min 4 years hands on experience  or BSc Mechanical Engineering with min 2 years hands on experience
     or comparable vocational education with longtime related work experience or equal
  • Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels
  • Seasoned technician / engineer with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment manufacturing / machines
  • Demonstrated engineering approach
  • Able to follow and implement the HSE standards
  • Excellent skills set required in areas defined in competence profile
  • Cooperative and team orientation
  • Interpersonal, as well as intercultural skills
  • Good coordination, organization and communication skills

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • Graduation in Accounting/Finance; part-qualified CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • ERP knowledge (SAP B1 preferred).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively in a team.

  • Responsible for supervising mechanical maintenance team for all planned activities under the scope of contract for Engines and Auxiliaries at the Power Plant. 
  • Responsible for supervising all unplanned mechanical maintenance activities under the scope of contract for Engines and Auxiliaries. 
  • Responsible for supporting maintenance teams for troubleshooting abnormalities, tripping and failures.
  • Responsible for leading, supervising and supporting root cause analysis activities for continuous improvements and avoiding future failures.
  • Responsible for maintaining the maintenance records of all on site activities.
  • Responsible for integrating HSE-policies in all activities
  • Responsible for checking the availability of sufficient resources (personal, material), respectively claim the lack or shortcoming of resources
  • Willing to improve knowledge and expertise (e.g.: becoming permit to work holder)

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • BSc/BE Engineering in Mechanical or Marine or equivalent.
  • College Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or Auto Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in case of BSc/BE and 7 Years work experience in case of college Diploma in Engineering in Diesel/Gas Engine Plant having Engine capacity in excess of 10,000 BHP.
  • Experience related to Maintenance activities.
  • Having adequate knowledge of Maintenance technique and ability to manage all maintenance activities. 
  • Having a clear understanding of HSSE requirement during work.

Our location in the capital city serves as a regional base for project management, sales, and technical support. It’s also the coordination hub for many of our marine and power generation service projects.
