We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Location: Panama City, Panama
Everllence SE IGC Panama is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for:
- Promoting Everllence: Open doors and introduce Everllence’s naval solutions to Navies and Coast Guards.
- Organizing Events: Arrange meetings, seminars, and events to showcase Everllence's value proposition to naval representatives.
- Building Relationships: Identify and develop connections with major naval shipyards for new units and service & repair.
- Supporting Local Business: Assist the local Everllence IGC in establishing business relationships.
- Contracting Process: Develop and streamline the contracting process for Navies and Coast Guards throughout the region.
- Identifying Gaps: Pinpoint countries where Everllence lacks relationships and create a comprehensive plan to address service and technical offerings.
- Developing Local Partners: Cultivate partnerships in the Defense sector to support Everllence in servicing non-OEM equipment for Navies and Coast Guards throughout the region
You can help us with these qualifications
- Experience working with Government clients and understanding of naval shipbuilding practices
- Familiarity with naval shipyards including dry dockings, vessel maintenance and refits.
- Naval or Coast Guard background.
- Spanish as a primary language with English speaking, reading and writing as everyday business working language.

This role focuses on expanding our presence in naval applications, managing client relationships, and identifying long-term opportunities in Latin American markets.
Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the start-up and testing of power plant systems and equipment. Skilled in coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, performing functional tests, and documenting results.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for commissioning activities starting with delivery projects up to turnkey power plants.
- Commissioning of engines for power plant applications including their control: Liquid fuel engines / gas engines / dual fuel engines.
- Commissioning of power plant systems and their components: e.g. cooling systems / lube oil systems / fuel supply etc.
- Commissioning of projects in the field of new technologies e.g. hydrogen production, carbon capture and storage (CCS), molten salt (MOSAS), large industrial heat pumps and production of alternative fuels
- Coordination of commissioning activities with customers, partners or suppliers
- Documentation of commissioning work and preparation of reports
- Carrying out functional tests according to functional description
- Use of own skills and continuous development of professional and personal competencies
- Communication with internal and external project participants.
Required Education:
- Degree in: engineering (mechanical / electrical) or longtime professional experience.
Required Experience:
- Experience in commissioning of power plants or industrial projects is required.
Required 3rd party Certifications/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; additional foreign languages are an asset.
- ISO regulations knowledge and applications are valued.
