Founded in 2014 and based in Lima, Everllence Peru provides technical services and spare parts to the marine, power, and industrial sectors across the region.
We specialize in:
- Service and overhaul of two- and four-stroke diesel engines for marine and stationary use
- Minor and major overhauls of generator sets used in thermal and hydroelectric plants
- Maintenance for gearboxes, turbomachinery, auxiliary systems, and control systems
Our workshop is strategically located near the port of Callao, placing us close to our main clients and making us a trusted regional partner.

Location:
Lima City, Peru
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical Institute or accredited university
Required Experience:
- More than 03 years in leading major maintenance on two-stroke and four-stroke engines (from 2MW)
- Experience in working on board ships and power plants
- Experience leading work teams in technical service
Other skills & capabilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Build trust between customers and the technical team
Roles and responsibilities:
- Reception of the instruction of the service to be performed and study of the problem or technical failure to solve
- Meet with the client for the respective details of the work to be done
- Analysis of the Service work and environment according the EVERLLENCE and customer safety principles
- Execution of technical service work according the quality standards and EVERLLENCE principles
- Reports to the Field Service Manager of the progress or other events in the services
- Lead technical service work teams, supervising compliance of safety and quality standards
