Position: Managing Director Everllence Senegal

The function holder leads the corporate entity in accordance with the directives of the Everllence Board of Directors. He/she ensures that the strategy, initiatives, and objectives of Everllence SE, as established by its Executive Board, are implemented in his country. The incumbent is authorized to represent PrimeServ in his country and can hold the business negotiations and conclude contracts with Customers on service assistance and components repair; to be a decision maker with regard to recruitment and dismissal of PrimeServ employees, their financial and moral motivation and stimulation

 

We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Strategic Execution & Market Leadership - Execute global and regional strategy through a country-level business plan that drives sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • Full P&L Ownership - Own the country P&L, delivering revenue, profitability, and margin performance through disciplined pricing and cost management.
  • Operational Excellence - Ensure efficient, compliant, and high‑quality operations by optimizing processes, technology, and internal controls.
  • Regulatory, Legal & Compliance Oversight - Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, governance standards, and risk management requirements.
  • People Leadership & Organizational Culture - Lead and develop the management team while fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with global values and local context.
  • Client & Customer Relationship Leadership - Act as the senior executive interface for key clients, strengthening relationships, service quality, and commercial outcomes.
  • Stakeholder & Government Engagement - Represent the company with government, regulators, and key stakeholders while protecting and enhancing the local brand.
  • Driving Growth, Sales & Business Development - Drive sales and business development by identifying new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Alignment with Regional Office - Act as the country’s voice to regional leadership, ensuring transparent reporting, strategic alignment, and disciplined execution.
  • Crisis Management & Organizational Resilience - Lead country‑level crisis response and business continuity to protect people, operations, and reputation.

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (technical discipline preferred); MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
  • 10+ years in the Marine Engine industry in general management, sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably both with new units as well as the aftermarket
  • Proven P&L, budgeting, and financial management experience.
  • Basic understanding of all Everllence equipment and businesses, both on technical and commercial levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of business and commercial acumen leading to market and customer development and retention
  • Excellent skill set in areas such as leadership, marketing, sales, communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions design, legal frameworks, and customer relationship management.
  • Experienced people leader with the ability to influence, command respect, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong network within the country business community.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong process orientation and excellent initiative management skills.
  • Results‑driven, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to operate independently and lead teams through change.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution capabilities in complex environments.
  • Initiative and proactive approach combined with follow-up skills
  • Outgoing and motivated to connect with a wide range of different people
  • Assertive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team

Everllence Senegal operates from Dakar, the country’s capital and commercial hub. From this location, we coordinate field service, customer support, and operational reliability across multiple energy sites.
