Your tasks: 

  • Manage and coordinate all operational activities including Field Services to ensure projects are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor resources, production schedules, and capacity utilization.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency.
  • Ensure optimal performance of equipment through preventative maintenance and process improvements.
  • Manage commissioning of new equipment and train personnel for effective operation.
  • Ensure full compliance with company health, safety and quality systems in accordance with statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with EXCO to develop and manage the annual operational budget while monitoring financial performance, operational costs, and productivity metrics to ensure sustained profitability.
  • Lead and develop teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management, ensuring high performance, engagement and accountability.
  • Partner with senior management in setting operational goals aligned with Everllence’s strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership to 

 

Your experience & qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in managing workshop processes and driving production efficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
  • High sense of accountability, discipline, and integrity.
  • Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Vanderbijlpark

Our Vanderbijlpark site is home to Africa's largest blade manufacturing facility and a cutting-edge workshop offering a full range of service packages. As the central hub for inland power generation and industrial projects, this location drives field service planning, parts supply, and technical consulting for large-scale energy systems across South Africa.

Cape Town

Strategically located in the Port of Cape Town, our office delivers rapid-response support to marine clients while managing customer service, technical expertise, and logistics for the Marine and Power sector nationwide.

Durban

Located along South Africa’s east coast, our Durban office provides service coverage for marine and port-related clients in the region. It enables hands-on support and quick deployment of field service teams to meet customer needs.

Namibia

Through our operations in Namibia, Everllence extends its support to neighboring markets in southern Africa. The local presence ensures proximity to key clients and enables reliable service execution in offshore and energy sectors.
