Everllence reorganizes Finance Division

Chief Financial Officer, Rainer Seidl, takes on new role within Volkswagen Group

Everllence SE’s Supervisory Board and its CFO, Rainer Seidl, have reached mutual agreement regarding his departure from the company. Seidl joined the Augsburg-based company in September 2025, succeeding his predecessor, Jürgen Klöpffer, who retired at that time.

A decision on a permanent replacement for the position will be made at a later date. In the meantime, Everllence CEO, Dr. Uwe Lauber, has assumed interim responsibility for the Finance Division from March 1st.

Lauber said: “We thank Rainer Seidl for his dedication during an intensive phase of the company’s development and wish him all the best for his future responsibilities within the Volkswagen Group.”

Hauke Stars, Chairwoman of Everllence SE’s Supervisory Board and Member of the Volkswagen AG Board of Management, said: “In recent months, Rainer Seidl has played a key role in shaping Everllence’s transformation – both strategically and financially. For this, we extend our sincere thanks to him. At the same time, I would like to thank Uwe Lauber for stepping in to temporarily overview finances.”
