Monacum Partners to acquire Everllence’s DWE reactor and apparatus manufacturing business

Munich-based private equity firm Monacum Partners GmbH has signed an agreement to acquire the DWE reactor and apparatus manufacturing business at the Deggendorf site from Everllence SE, formerly MAN Energy Solutions SE.

The transaction follows the investor process launched by Everllence in September 2025 for the Deggendorf location, aimed at securing the site’s long-term and sustainable development. Under the new ownership structure, DWE is expected to further strengthen its technological capabilities in reactor and apparatus engineering while opening up additional growth opportunities.

At its Deggendorf facility, DWE has built a distinctive competence profile in Germany and Europe for the production of large-scale reactors, apparatus and highly specialised components. Its portfolio includes reactor systems for the chemical and petrochemical industries, components for refinery applications, and equipment for major scientific projects and specialised industrial uses. DWE employs around 400 people at the Deggendorf site.

With the signing of the agreement, the transaction has been completed. All regulatory approvals have been granted. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
