Dr Fabian Kley appointed Everllence CFO
Everllence Supervisory Board names Dr Fabian Kley to company’s Executive Board, effective November 1, 2026
Dr. Fabian Kley will assume responsibility for Finance, which he has already led operationally since March 2026 as an authorized representative of the Executive Board. He has been with the company since 2019 and most recently headed Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

As Finance Director, he has successfully guided the finance organization through preparations for the change in ownership and laid the groundwork for a successful collaboration with Bain Capital. At the same time, he has consistently driven the modernization of the finance function and the further development of reporting and management tools. These capabilities are particularly important as the new ownership structure will bring new requirements in this respect. I am confident that Fabian Kley will continue to make an important contribution to successfully advancing Everllence’s transformation.”

Kley, 46, has been with Everllence since 2019. After holding various leadership positions in Strategy, he most recently served as Senior Vice President with responsibility for the company’s Corporate Strategy and M&A activities. Since March 2026, he has headed the Finance function as Finance Director and been an authorized representative of the Executive Board. Before joining Everllence, Kley worked for strategy consultancy, Booz & Company and energy technology company, Schlumberger. He holds a doctorate in energy economics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
