Reducing process heat costs and emissions
Our heat pumps can take waste heat from your process machinery, amplify it to a useful high temperature, and transfer it to where you need it. Powered by renewable electricity, your heat pump supplies carbon-neutral heating or cooling. Improving your plant’s energy efficiency leads to substantial primary energy savings. We scale our mega heat pump solutions to your temperature and power needs. Our modular heat pump packages are very customizable. For example, we can easily add a steam compressor. The temperature supply range of 60 - 300°C is suitable for hot water and steam production. Power output ranges from 10 MWth to 100 MWth per heat pump unit. The Everllence compressors for our heat pumps are well known in the chemical and petrochemical industries for their high quality and performance, with hundreds of units installed worldwide.
Heat pumps for sustainable process industries
Processing food and beverages requires vast quantities of thermal energy, for both heating and cooling. Everllence heat pumps make these processes more sustainable and reduce dependence on fossil fuels. You can save on CO2 taxes as well as on fuel.
- Produce heating and cooling simultaneously
- Reduce CO2 emissions
- Improve energy efficiency

Pulp and paper production is one of the most energy-intensive processes. Drying pulp, paper or tissues accounts for around 70% of the energy used in this sector. Heat pumps can produce the steam necessary for the drying processes, not only decarbonizing the energy supply but reducing plant energy costs.
- Reduce CO2 emissions without losing product quality
- Reduce plant energy costs
- Improve energy efficiency

The petrochemical industry not only produces but also consumes enormous amounts of oil and gas. Heat pumps offer a practical way to electrify processes and reduce CO2 output. Heat pumps can convert low and high temperature waste heat to high-quality process heat or steam.
- Reduce CO2 emissions
- Reduce plant costs
- Improve energy efficiency

Vapor compression cycle (VCC) for steam and heat
VCC high-temperature heat pumps extend the economic and environmental benefits of domestic heat pumps to large-scale industrial applications. To ensure a reliable supply of process steam, we offer a combined heat pump and vapor compressor package or a heat pump with a separate vapor compressor skid.
- Hot water production up to 140 °C
- Steam production up to 300 °C
- Power output from 10 to 100 MWth per unit
