Internet Access at Everllence
The use of Internet must not conflict with common moral standards, and special care must be taken to avoid any criminal offence, such as:
- accessing websites that present contents liable to prosecution, e.g. glorification of violence, incitement to hatred, pornography, gambling, political extremist or discriminating nature in respect of race, sex, ethnic or social origin or religion
- downloading or distribution of copyright-protected material, e.g. music, photos, videos, games
- dissemination of insulting or untrue comments regarding the employer
- divulging of trade secrets
- download or installation of non-approved software
Internet pages that clearly do not relate to official Everllence business will automatically be filtered and their access will be logged. If any filtered pages need to be used for official purposes, approval must be granted by the Information Security Officer of Everllence (infosec@everllence.com).
