Extend lifetime, reduce waste

Reconditioning and exchange for the heart of your vessel

The engine is the heart of your vessel. Thanks to our precise manufacturer’s knowledge of measurements and materials, we know what to do when one part no longer functions as it should. At Everllence (former MAN Energy Solutions), we have a large stock of reconditioned parts for exchange, and we refurbish parts for use with our carbon footprint in mind.

Your key benefits at a glance:

  • Overhauled key components – such as fuel pumps, water pumps, cylinder heads, and cylinder liners
  • Exchange parts from Everllence stock – for fast replacement with overhauled components from our warehouse
  • Swing sets for complete engines – enabling rapid replacement and overhaul
  • New parts – available when replacement is the right option

Smart options for uptime

Know your choices

When a component wears, you don’t need to buy new – the most expensive route. We can recondition your part in our workshop to restore OEM tolerances at lower cost, or exchange it for a matching reconditioned part from our stock to cut downtime. Both options are more sustainable – and more economical – than new.

Ready when you are

Large stocks, short lead times

We keep large stocks of important components in our warehouse, including propeller hubs and turbochargers. This allows us to shorten lead times in comparison with refurbishment and even with new replacement parts.

Precision you can trust

Quality guaranteed

The parts we stock have been checked and reconditioned by our own experts. As we are the manufacturers, we have exact knowledge of sizes, materials, and updates. So not only have the parts been inspected and reconditioned more precisely, but you can sometimes even improve the overall performance of your equipment.

Recondition instead of replace

Refurbishment of scrap components

Components once destined for disposal — especially cooling-water-exposed parts — can now be restored. This responds to current supply-chain constraints and supports a more sustainable economy while delivering clear cost advantages.
