Our project managers have the technical know-how to assess the scope of your project according to your specific needs. For new customers, we thoroughly evaluate your equipment and even your service history before we recommend any action. We also consider the vessel location in relation to our network of European PrimeServ workshops.
One point of contact
Our project manager becomes your project manager. They will handle all your requests and deal with our internal team for everything your project includes: service engineers, workshop, spare parts, and logistics. Throughout the entire process, you have only one point of contact: one phone number and one email address.
End-to-end service
Based on a thorough assessment of your needs, the project manager will quickly estimate costs and lead times. If anything unexpected happens during the project, that same PrimeServ project manager will deal with it. They have the technical background to understand the details and will be with you all the way to invoicing and project review.
