The function Holder is responsible for the Primserv Marine & Power Segment in the assigned territory and that in respective of sales and service activities. He/she is responsible for developing and executing the sales, promotion, service and workshop strategy for the assigned country and supporting Everllence regionally. He / she oversees all aspects of the sales, service and workshop process and defines the target order intake, sales budget, fostering sales leads and providing support to customers for the purpose of generating additional business for Everllence. Negotiates and concludes contracts aligned with the Regional Center and its management.

We can offer you the following tasks:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with management and product centers.
- Set and monitor order intake and revenue goals for assigned business areas.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape marketing and negotiation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, generate leads, and manage CRM activities.
- Lead international sales projects, prepare quotations, and negotiate long-term contracts and service agreements.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Manage sales budgets, reporting, and team development.
- Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of equipment (ships/power plants) globally.
- Ensure technical excellence and budget compliance in service execution.
- Lead the Service Department, including staff training, competence development, and documentation.
- Manage workshop operations, job scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Sales & Workshop teams for reporting and project coordination.
- Support new marine sales projects with local insights and customer engagement.
You can help us with these qualifications:
- Seasoned sales management experience with 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the same industry
- Experience in leading a Sales and Service Team
- Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional market
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of the local market
- Knowledge of Everllence products and services
- Detailed understanding of business both technical and commercial
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business
- Demonstrated ability to present and close proposals to position Everllence as the customers winning supplier
- Commercial background, preferably MBA
- Able to network and find out emerging opportunities in given market
- SAP
- Experience of working within a multinational company
- Having good relationship with local potential customer and business decision maker
- Engineering degree (university) or related to meet the requirements of education or experience

Our Cairo office is the coordination centre for sales and service operations in Egypt.
