We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching markets and industries and related events, publications, and announcements for the assigned territories / Regions.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integrations of EVR solutions and products with customers operational needs and strategies;  examines risks and potentials; estimates clients’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business units.
  • Identifies decision makers and influencers for major accounts. Cultivates the relationship with the major accounts. Ensures flawless flow of communication between the regional management, IGC Sales and customers.
  • Targets and gains new business as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and to gain comprehensive knowledge of the market sector and what is influencing it.
  • Shares knowledge, experiences and expertise within regional sales team, key clients, customers and third parties, plus work with Regional Managers to effectively target prospects using a regional team approach.
  • Prepares and presents presentations for internal and external customers.
  • Travels to internal and external customer locations.
  • Prepares reports as required for both General Managers and senior personnel.
  • Develops marketing plans to implement, grow existing, and new business together with business intelligence.
  • Develops literature for customers to learn about new and existing products and services that the company offers to grow existing and new business.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Regularly product and sales training to local sales teams in alignment with the related business units
  • Provide sales and technical support of our product portfolio to local sales teams


You can help with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university degree in engineering or business (MBA is of advantage)
  • Min. 5 years’ work experience in a sales or project development position in marine industry;
  • Deep understanding of marine business;
  • Customer oriented, entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and highly motivated with ability to focus on defined priorities;
  • Experienced in leading large acquisition projects;
  • Excellent communicator with very strong negotiating skills
  • Readiness to travel as required by business needs (partially >25% of the time and sometimes on very short notice)

We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Supervising and leading teams of service engineers, technicians, skilled labour, and work crews across after‑sales activities including maintenance, repairs, and technical support for Everllence equipment such as engines, turbochargers, and automation systems. 
  • Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving high‑quality service delivery for corporate customers.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance after‑sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service execution and fast technical issue resolution.
  • Providing technical guidance and on‑site support to customers, including travel to various locations to oversee operations.
  • Remaining up to date on maritime engine technologies and decarbonization advancements.
  • Planning, monitoring, and tracking maintenance projects, comparing planned progress with actual results, and taking corrective action where needed.
  • Ensuring optimal coordination between operational activities to achieve successful service and project outcomes.
  • Promoting and implementing best practices within your area of responsibility.
  • Conducting repairs on 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke diesel engines and components, and providing follow‑up technical support to vessels and power plants.
  • Preparing customer reports, participating in scheduled educational seminars, and maintaining high standards of documentation and internal communication. 


You can help with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of related experience, preferably working with heavy equipment or machinery; experience within the maritime industry is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maritime engines and related systems.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and team‑management capabilities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with an analytical and structured approach.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
  • Sound interpersonal, communication, presentation, and intercultural skills.
  • High integrity and adherence to ethical, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

  • Sales of spare parts for two- and four-stroke engines for the marine industry
  • Ensure support to agreed sales budgets for assigned customers in region are met
  • Follow up on agreed IGC Plans
  • Ensure value based selling approach on all large quotes / bulk orders / solutions
  • Overall responsible for closing of orders and sales budgets
  • Build and maintain optimal relations with Customers, IGCs and PC stakeholders
  • Develop and implements marketing plans, oversees the sales budget

We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.
  • Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
  • Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
  • Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
  • Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition
  • Check work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated or cooled.
  • Diagnose machine tool malfunctions to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
  • Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock to display placement of cuts.
  • Fit and assemble parts to make or repair machine tools.
  • Set up or operate metalworking, brazing, heat-treating, welding, or cutting equipment.
  • Support metalworking projects from planning and fabrication through assembly, inspection, and testing, using knowledge of machine functions, metal properties and mathematics.
  • Separate scrap waste and related materials for reuse, recycling, or disposal.
  • Evaluate machining procedures and recommend changes or modifications for improved efficiency or adaptability.
  • Dismantle machines or equipment, using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and replace defective parts where needed.
  • Install repaired parts into equipment or install new equipment.
  • Familiarize, understand and implement safety, and environment policy, procedures, legal regulations and objectives applicable to areas of responsibility.

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • Seasoned technician with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment manufacturing / machines
  • Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels
  • Understand and gain knowledge about engineering products, equipment, customer base and applicable processes
  • Able to carry out instructions
  • Excellent skills set required in areas defined in competence profile
