We can offer you the following tasks:
- Maintains project lists and reports for the sale activities, with the ability to develop himself on following up of new sales and customer and related activities.
- Obtains bids from sub-suppliers, including evaluations and comparisons for auxiliaries and buy out components.
- Bid follow up and clarification in view of scope of supply, technical, delivery and costs.
- Selection of the compressor technical concept.
- Coordination of bid preparation within the scope of the project engineering, internally and externally with customers and sub-suppliers.
- Independent leading of the project. (Follow up of the enquiry and preparation of offer for enquiries and negotiations up to the completion of the project.)
- Prepares technical proposals and cost estimates / Budgets which include design engineering and calculation of the complete package with the primary focus on the oil & gas turbo machinery applications.
- Review customer’s inquiry package and instruction to bidders
- Evaluate customer specifications and data sheets and interpret data to advise sales and develop technical quotation, technical drawings, schematics and reports
- Coordinate with factory for scope split on factory supplied components and locally supplied components
- Issue request for quotations for all auxiliaries and buy-out components
- Respond to questions and clarifications from customer subsequent to proposal submission
- Coordinate any post proposal questions to sub suppliers and to obtain revised quotes
- Participate in pre-bid, bid review, technical clarifications and kickoff meetings
- Co-ordinate all activities with sales force
- Make sales calls with regional sales managers and participate in all bid and technical clarifications meetings
- Participate in Lunch and learn at the customers’ site
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales goals, plans and activities of the related BU products/services in assigned territory.
- Plans approach that will convince customers to do business with the company.
- Develops a rapport with existing / new clients and to support on setting targets for sales and support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Supports in retaining existing accounts by presenting new products and support services to clients.
- Works together with the Headquarters on the commercial strategy or tenders and opportunities.
You can help with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical.
- Turbomachinery, Rotating Equipment Applications experience
- Experience in compressor selection is a plus
- Knowledge of thermodynamics, aerodynamics, and rotor dynamics that apply to all compressors and the relevant industry standards that are typically required for their selection
- Experience in sourcing and validating suppliers, vendor and supplier management, and inventory experience
- High degree of customer orientation
- Strong networker, engaging, well introduced to the local market and within Everllence
- Very good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
- Result driven, ability to develop and retain key business, consultant and customer relationships

- Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving high‑quality service delivery for corporate customers.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance after‑sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service execution and fast technical issue resolution.
- Providing technical guidance and on‑site support to customers, including travel to various locations to oversee operations.
- Remaining up to date on maritime engine technologies and decarbonization advancements.

- Conducting repairs on 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke diesel engines and components, and providing follow‑up technical support to vessels and power plants.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of related experience, preferably working with heavy equipment or machinery; experience within the maritime industry is essential.

- Execute full commissioning of Everllence high‑speed engines (e.g., 175D), including pre‑commissioning checks, parameter validation, functional testing, and HAT/SAT support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and the early operational phase.
- Verify installation quality in collaboration with shipyards and ensure readiness for commissioning.
- Configure control systems, load software parameters, and integrate auxiliary systems.
- Prepare commissioning documentation, including test sheets, checklists, and redlines.
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers and shipyards during commissioning activities.

- Proven hands‑on commissioning experience with marine or industrial engines.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, project guides, and commissioning manuals.
- Experience coordinating with shipyards or working in demanding field environments.

- Source equipment, goods, and services while managing the full end‑to‑end procurement cycle.
- Supply all workshop, store, and office requirements for Dubai, Fujairah, and Abu Dhabi to ensure smooth operations.
- Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate cost‑effective deals.
- Evaluate suppliers, verify onboarding documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
