From your machinery to the cloud
All our marine machinery is equipped with hundreds of sensors that constantly transmit data. We monitor down to the smallest subcomponents. Plus, the platform is scalable: Designed to monitor several thousands of customer installations in parallel, its data-processing capacity exceeds that of many major social-media platforms.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as cloud provider to further improve the data analytics, machine learning, and Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities of the platform.
Remote data monitoring and improved fleet performance
Everllence Data+ enables you to find the value in the large amount of data your marine engines generate. This helps you manage your ships and cargo more efficiently, ensuring vessel availability, and reduces emissions and costs. Available for both newbuilds and as a retrofit on Everllence two-stroke engines, this platform enables sophisticated data analysis and optimization strategies for enhanced operational insights.

Evellence Asset+ is an Everllence initiative suitable for retrofits and newbuilds. It aims at giving you even greater possibilities to select the functionality you need for a specific engine. This adds value to the vessel and its purpose and task. In addition, by offering regular security and parameter updates, we allow you to maintain your engines' state-of-the-art operation throughout its entire life cycle.
With Everllence Asset+, we are offering an expanding program of new and optional features and functionalities, which you can add to your new or existing Everllence engine.

Powered by Everllence CEON data, PrimeServ Assist is a service solution that improves fleet performance by monitoring the efficiency and availability of your Everllence equipment. We provide advice and instant technical support 24/7 from our remote operation centers around the world. Customers can access the Everllence CEON platform via a web application or mobile app. Even when you are not logged in, our experienced chief engineers actively monitor your assets and contact you when they notice any issues. The constant flow and analysis of data gives you an accurate real-time status of your machinery and advice on how to keep it operating at peak efficiency for longer.

Condition monitoring and environmentally friendly fishing
The Odd Lundberg is a 70-meter Norwegian trawler/purse seiner. Built in 2019, it features an Everllence propulsion package, including a four-stroke L32/44CR engine, a TCR20 (former MAN TCR20) turbocharger and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system.
Everllence CEON helps PrimeServ engineers to address the challenges of the fishing business by maximizing the reliability and availability of the engine, whilst facilitating climate-conscious fishing with the smallest CO2 footprint and lowest exhaust-gas emissions. The control system enables the Odd Lundberg to optimize fuel consumption and urea usage while remaining within emission limits and providing the expected engine performance.
