Jürgen Klöpffer has been a Member of the Executive Board of Everllence (former MAN Energy Solutions SE) since 1 June 2020 and is responsible for the Finance & IT divisions. Jürgen Klöpffer was born in Passau in 1964, is married and father of one child. He studied business administration at the University of Passau. 

Before joining MAN Energy Solutions, he worked for Siemens AG and in management positions for Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE and the Volkswagen Group. He joined the Volkswagen Group in 2002 as Commercial Director of VW Bordnetze. After four years as Chairman of the Management Board of Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE, Jürgen Klöpffer returned to Volkswagen AG in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer of VW India pvt.

In 2013, he took over the management of AutoVision GmbH in Wolfsburg, an internal personnel service provider for the Volkswagen Group, which was renamed Volkswagen Group Services GmbH in 2018.
