While our primary focus is supporting LNG tanker fleets equipped with Everllence B&W engines and the Qatar Shipyard (QSTS) shipyard in Ras Laffan, our services cover the full range of Everllence equipment, including automation systems such as SaCoS One, Alphatronic propulsion control systems, and Alpha lubricators.

Everllence PrimeServ Qatar provides comprehensive on-board and workshop services for diesel engines and related equipment. Our certified superintendents, engineers, and technicians are available 24/7 and bring extensive expertise in both Everllence and major third-party engines.

As part of the global PrimeServ Omnicare organization, we offer technical support, maintenance services, and OEM spare parts for a wide range of third-party engines and turbochargers.

We are the exclusive authorized agent for Woodward governors in Qatar and an independent service provider for Regulateurs Europa.

Our workshop

ur state-of-the-art workshop, opened in 2016, is the largest Everllence facility outside Europe, covering 5,000 m². It specializes in the servicing and reconditioning of diesel engine components, including exhaust valve spindles, governors, and fuel injection systems.

The facility also supports turbocharger and FIVA valve overhauls using advanced equipment and proven processes.

Service Team & Mission

Our service team includes specialists for two-stroke and four-stroke diesel engine overhauls, as well as dedicated turbocharger and governor experts. Technicians are available around the clock to deliver both on-board and workshop services.

Our mission is to provide reliable, high-quality support through our experienced engineers and service professionals—ensuring optimal assistance at any time.

We are an authorized repair agent for Woodward governors and Mitsubishi (MET) turbochargers, and an independent service provider for Regulateurs Europa in Qatar. All service work is performed using Everllence original spare parts.

Our technical services in the workshop, harbor, and during voyage are carried out by a dedicated team of factory-trained superintendents, engineers, and technicians.

Overhaul & Maintenance Services

We provide comprehensive overhauling and troubleshooting services for all Everllence two-stroke and four-stroke marine engines, as well as major third-party diesel engines.

Our expertise includes the reconditioning and servicing of key engine components such as:

Cylinder heads, liners (including in-situ wave cutting and honing)
Exhaust valve spindles and bottom pieces
Fuel pumps, injectors, and moment compensators
Hydraulic and lubrication oil pumps, including Alpha lubricators
Heat exchangers (jacket water, lube oil, scavenge air coolers)
High-pressure pipes and fresh water pumps

We also offer advanced inspection services, including scavenge port inspections and cylinder liner measurement, wear monitoring, and on-board ridge removal.

Fuel Injection, Governors & Automation

We specialize in the overhaul and servicing of governor and fuel injection systems, including:

Woodward governors (authorized service center)
Regulateurs Europa (independent service provider)
Yanmar and Zexel governors
Everllence and Curtiss-Wright multiway valves (FIVA I & II, ELFI, ELVA), including reconditioning, calibration, and full-scale testing

Our capabilities extend to pneumatic maneuvering systems and automation systems such as SaCoS One and Alphatronic propulsion control systems.
