Everllence TURBAIR® vacuum systems help reduce operating costs and support compliance with environmental regulations by minimizing energy and process water consumption. Compared to conventional de-watering systems, they deliver energy savings of 40–60%, and up to 80% when integrating heat recovery. With suction flow rates up to 3,300 m³/min and thermodynamic efficiencies up to 83%, the systems feature water-free, wear-free blowers, ensuring long service life and low requirements.
Two blowers. Endless possibilities.
Everllence TURBAIR® blowers are available in two models: the RT is a compact, single-stage radial blower delivering vacuum levels up to 65 kPa; the RC is a multi-stage version offering up to four vacuum levels and a maximum of 80 kPa. Both models come with fixed or variable speed options. The RT’s adjustable diffuser blades ensure efficient, constant vacuum and variable flow, ideal for felt conditioning and tissue. The RC suits all vacuum levels, including press sections.
