Your partner in testing engine liquids
Three vital fluids for your engine’s lifecycle
Fuel
Clean, high-quality fuel is key to efficient engine performance. Regular fuel testing helps you detect impurities, water content, and compatibility issues before they lead to damage or poor combustion. It ensures compliance with fuel standards, protects your injection system, and keeps your engine running at its best.
Lube oil
Healthy lube oil means a healthy engine. Regular oil testing helps detect wear, contamination, and degradation early — before they cause damage. This keeps your engine running smoothly, extends service life, and reduces unplanned downtime. It's a simple step with a big impact on performance and reliability.
Cooling water
Clean, well-balanced cooling water keeps your engine running efficiently and reliably. Regular testing helps prevent corrosion and deposits, reduces maintenance costs, and extends component life. With the right checks in place, you protect your system — and your bottom line.

Lube oil
Early detection of wear and contamination keeps your engine running smoothly, extends its life, and prevents costly downtime.
Reliable separator performance is key to maintaining clean oil and minimizing wear. Standard oil analyses often miss this, as they don’t measure actual particle content.
Everllence goes beyond standard testing with two methods to assess particle contamination — one based on filtration, the other on optical particle counting — providing clear insight into separator efficiency.

Everllence goes beyond standard oil analysis by considering engine type, fuel quality, and all operating fluids — enabling targeted, actionable recommendations.
Oil changes are based on condition, not fixed intervals. If limits are exceeded, we advise corrective steps such as switching oil type or partial replacement. We also detect fuel contamination and trace its source to prevent issues like sludge and deposits.

Cooling water testings
Clean, stable cooling water is essential for efficient engine operation. Regular testing helps prevent corrosion and deposits, extends component life, and reduces maintenance costs — protecting both your equipment and your bottom line.
Metallography is the process used to determine the microstructure and structure of materials. Defects in melting, manufacturing, and work processes can alter material properties to such an extent that damage can occur during operation. Microscopic determination of the degree of purity and grain size and structural evaluation (macrostructural section/microstructural section) provide information about the service and production properties of a material. The analysis of replicas permits the non-destructive analysis of component surfaces.
