Job Purpose

- 12-15 yrs of experience in area of selection & design of System Equipment - both on skid & off skid.
- To assist the complete turbomachinery skid packaging engineering activities related to Air and Gas compressors & all related engineering studies involved to meet client’s requirements & specifications in a manner consistent with MAN practices and policies with the help of Packaging Engineering technical resources.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of Steam Turbine Generators (STG) from the Bengaluru business unit. The role involves bid estimation, business development, market intelligence, and end-to-end sales management, ensuring order booking targets are achieved with defined margins. The Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and bid preparation to deal closure and customer satisfaction, while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Experience in working with water-steam cycle design tools (e.g. Ebsilon)
- Design and optimization of heat and mass balance models for complex power generation systems

Proposal & Tendering Manager - STG
We are looking for a Manager – Proposal / Tendering to lead the Steam Turbine Bid Management function, covering the full range of turbines. The role involves technical bid preparation, estimation, vendor coordination, and techno-commercial discussions with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for key accounts to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Manage Steam Turbine bids for all turbine ranges from Bengaluru.
- Prepare budgetary and firm bids, evaluate tenders, and drive approval processes.
- Develop Heat & Mass Balance Diagrams and perform preliminary turbine calculations.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and project management teams for bid approval.
- Engage with customers, consultants, and vendors for techno-commercial discussions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and MIS reports.
- Collaborate with global sales and application teams for technical inputs and specifications.
Key Competencies Required
