Job Purpose

• Perform engineering work related to Basic & Detailed engineering of On-Skid & Off-Skid System Components and piping related to Compressor and Steam turbine packages.
• Prepare and release contractual & Supplier documents as required by peer functions / clients within time and budget with Everllence Quality standards

Job Responsibilities

• Understand Input documents like Client Specs, Codes & Standards, and Everllence Specifications required to prepare specifications of System Components.
• Select applicable international regulations based on application knowledge such as ANSI, ISO, ASME, API, DIN EN, HEI and IBR.
• Undertake design calculations and selection of proper materials for release of Specifications as well as attached documentation to procurement. Provide clarity to suppliers wherever required.
• Support Layout creations by proper equipment placement working with the Modelling team for projects, bids and PrimeServ projects.
• Work closely with peer teams within engineering and cross-functional teams to meet the project deadlines.
• Compile and update Lessons Learnt document for delivering quality outputs as part of continuous improvement

Experience & Skills (What is required for the role)

Essential

• 12-15 yrs of experience in area of selection & design of System Equipment - both on skid & off skid.
• To assist the complete turbomachinery skid packaging engineering activities related to Air and Gas compressors & all related engineering studies involved to meet client’s requirements & specifications in a manner consistent with MAN practices and policies with the help of Packaging Engineering technical resources.
• Well Conversant with Basic & Detailed engineering and minimum 12 years of experience of turbomachinery system components, such as Heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, Air Filters, Silencers, Noise hood, Lube oil systems, Condensing system, process & utility piping & line components, etc.
• Good Engineering knowledge of system equipment design.
• Well versed with material specifications.
• Good experience of understanding customer documents like P&ID, Plant Layouts, PFD & System schematics.
• Knowledge of material specifications, P& ID, drawing creation.
• Independently preparing specifications taking into consideration client/ consultant specifications, codes and standards.
• Well acquainted with Project based environment

Desirable

The role also involves preparing service reports, supporting MIS documentation, and working to reduce warranty claims while improving project profitability. Sales Manager - STG (New Equipment Sales)

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of Steam Turbine Generators (STG) from the Bengaluru business unit. The role involves bid estimation, business development, market intelligence, and end-to-end sales management, ensuring order booking targets are achieved with defined margins. Job Purpose:

• Leading a Team of Engineers & Performing engineering work related to Technical Project Lead for Steam Turbines.
• Prepare and release engineering deliverables as required by peer functions / clients within time and budget with Everllence Quality standards

Job Responsibilities

• 15+ yrs. of experience in Turbo Machinery calculation of steam turbine
• Leading Calculation team for Steam Turbine & Global Engineering Services
• Thermal Calculation, Bought Our Engineering
• Good understanding of thermodynamics and turbo machinery in general
• Experience in working with water-steam cycle design tools (e.g. Ebsilon)
• Design and optimization of heat and mass balance models for complex power generation systems
• Thermodynamic selection of frame and design of complete steam path
• Understanding of mechanics and design of steam turbines components (blading, casing, rotor, etc)
• New Product Development & Testing, Product & Cost Optimization Activities, Standardization
• Knowledge in relevant standards applicable in design – IEC, DIN, API, PT6, NEMA etc
• Understanding of IMS

• Leading Calculation team for Steam Turbine Business & delivering following
• Pre order support (Sales & Bid team) & Post order project engineering. Participate in Client & Consultant technical discussions
• Support After Sales Business team in Refurbishing, Retrofitting, Power enhancement related requirements
• New Product Development (NPD), Product & Cost Optimization Activities, etc.
• Work closely with peer teams within engineering and cross-functional teams to meet the Organizational objectives
• Train, Mentor & Coach Team members
•  Support field service engineers with Erection, Commissioning, Performance Evaluation & Trouble shooting of Turbine & Accessories

Proposal & Tendering Manager - STG

We are looking for a Manager – Proposal / Tendering to lead the Steam Turbine Bid Management function, covering the full range of turbines. The role involves technical bid preparation, estimation, vendor coordination, and techno-commercial discussions with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for key accounts to meet personal and team sales targets.
  
• Manage Steam Turbine bids for all turbine ranges from Bengaluru.
  
• Prepare budgetary and firm bids, evaluate tenders, and drive approval processes.
  
• Develop Heat & Mass Balance Diagrams and perform preliminary turbine calculations.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and project management teams for bid approval.
  
• Engage with customers, consultants, and vendors for techno-commercial discussions.
  
• Maintain and update CRM systems and MIS reports.
  
• Collaborate with global sales and application teams for technical inputs and specifications.

Key Competencies Required

• Strong technical understanding of steam turbines, thermodynamics, and turbine performance.
  
• Knowledge of connected equipment (generator, gearbox, oil system, piping, etc.).
  
• Excellent coordination and communication across functions and global teams.
  
• Analytical mindset with sound technical and commercial risk evaluation.
  
• Proactive, disciplined, and a strong team player with a go-getter attitude

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related field.
  
• 12+ years of experience in proposal/tendering for rotating machinery or steam turbine projects.
  
• Familiarity with API 612/611, P&IDs, and datasheet preparation.
  
• Proven experience in technical proposal closure with clients and consultants.
