Head of PrimeServ STG

The Head – PrimeServ STG is responsible for leading the aftersales service business for Steam Turbine Generator equipment, covering both the company’s own products and those of other OEMs (Omnicare).

The role will drive service strategy, operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across local and global markets. The position oversees field service execution, service bidding, order management, and aftersales support, ensuring high-quality service delivery and profitable service operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business and sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive revenue growth for the PrimeServ STG service business.
  • Identify and capitalize on new service opportunities, including maintenance, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and long-term service agreements for both company products and third-party OEM equipment.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential business risks.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of service bids, proposals, and tenders, ensuring technical accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating key HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, time and attendance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training & development programs. AI Platform Integration - Engineer

This includes overseeing installation and commissioning of new projects, providing on-site support to resolve technical issues, and ensuring engines run efficiently and reliably. The role also involves preparing service reports, supporting MIS documentation, and working to reduce warranty claims while improving project profitability.   • Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience is required

Cyber Security Engineer

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and document complex network architectures and cybersecurity solutions in alignment with EVERLLENCE standards and customer requirements. This role involves both hands-on technical execution and collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and document secure network architectures and cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Configure firewalls and other network components within OT control systems.
  • Support internal and external teams on cybersecurity and network-related matters.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and troubleshoot cybersecurity/network issues.
  • Provide first-level support and share technical knowledge across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Oberhausen HQ for project alignment and execution.

  • Familiarity with Siemens PCS7, Allen Bradley systems, and network devices such as Hirschmann, Siemens, Fortinet, and Phoenix Contact.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity or network engineering are an advantage.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our growing team. To Drive Sales and development in the marine after sales sector by promoting and selling Everllence marine engines and propulsion Spare parts and Service. The role focuses on identifying and engaging key stakeholders such as shipowners, ship managers, shipyards & defence to generate sales opportunities in the after sales market. The Sales Engineer will manage the complete sales cycle for Spare parts and Service starting from lead generation and technical-commercial offers to order finalization, ensuring solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives including payment follow ups until receipt of payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and tendering / offer process for marine engines and propulsion spare parts and service, from RFQ to order closure / payment.
  • Engage with existing assigned customers and develop new opportunities in the commercial marine and defence after sales sectors.
  • Participate in technical and commercial discussions with ship owners / ship managers, and government bodies.
  • Ensure timely submission of offers / bids in compliance with customer and internal requirements to ensure order finalization after negotiation.
  • Maintain close coordination with Product Center Order Management & Customer 
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Product Centers and internal order management, to ensure alignment on sales goals and product offerings. 
  • Maintain records of visits / updates in CRM

Qualification & Skills

  • Extensive experience in sales management, particularly in the aftersales, especially in marine, 
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

The Head – Supply Chain (STG Business) will lead and be accountable for the end-to-end operations of the STG Business Unit, with full ownership of supply chain functions including production, procurement, logistics, planning, project execution, and quality.
