PrimeServ Plant informaiton coordinator will be responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting plant information from licensees in South Korea, ensuring timely responses to headquarters requests and contributing to the efficiency and integrity of company operations.
Responsibilities:
- To accomplish regular licensee visits to collect plant information
- To respond promptly to HQ requests regarding plant information of Korean licensees
- To perform tasks in a way aimed at achieving the highest possible work efficiency
- To comply with the Company Code of Conduct
- To provide accurate, efficient, and timely information and maintain records
- To undertake other tasks that may be reasonably required
- To adhere to all Company processes and procedures
- To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
- To be aware of, and adhere to, all Health & Safety laws and guidelines relevant to your role and the safety of colleagues, visitors, and external partners
- To report work status to Head of PrimeServ Korea
- Must observe all company rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Approx. 5-10 years of business support or coordination
- Able to interpret internal and external business challenges with impact on the organization and recommends best practice solutions
- Ability to analyze trends or deviations from standards and implement creative and unique cross-functional solutions
- Proficiency with applicable software applications in related field
- Effectively communicate in English
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is critical
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching, and respond appropriately.
- Understanding and communication within diverse cultural environments is critical

Everllence in Korea
Our office in Busan is centrally located within Korea’s shipbuilding and industrial ecosystem. From here, we coordinate engineering projects, after-sales support, and customer partnerships with leading yards and marine clients.
Busan is the sole location for Everllence Korea and combines office, field service, and technical functions under one roof.
